On Dec.8, 2009 I signed up for two free trial offers and cancelled them the next day (Dec.9). On Dec 25 I was charged 119.02 USD(exclusiveberry) and on Dec.26 I was charged 86.93 USD, neither of which I order or wanted. I have contact both companies many times trying to get my money back and I have been treated very poorly. I have been hung up on several times as I wanted to be put on hold until an email confirmation of cancelling was received and when I asked to speak to a Supervisor, eventhough I was being civil. I cancelled both of these unordered/unwanted products on Jan.5th. During one of my many phone calls the representative told me that the account was re-opened on the Jan.5 after already being cancelled and a shipment was send out and then the account was cancelled again. I had to pay to have these packages sent back and maxforce told me that they received the package on Jan.8 and that I would be getting a refund after ten working days and to call back if it is not received. After ten days I called back, only to be told to call back the next day, which I did and I was told that it would take 3-5 wbusiness days to get my refund. So here I sit on day 4, nothing has changed and I received another unwanted package tolday. Apparnetly these companies share "like" products that you signed up for the free sample. How can these companies get away with this. They make it next to impossible to get ahold of them and when they do they stall and lie to you to get the time against you. Please help me I am very frustrated, Thanks.
