ANYONE who wants to get service with T-Mobile, please go to a reputable location that is owned by T-Mobile. About two months ago I was in a local mall and had walked passed "Executive Cellular Phones" which is an authorized dealer supposedly, as Im walking by the sales person is trying to hustle me in by asking me what phone I have, that I need to switch, etc, etc, etc. I normally would not have stopped but my phone was acting up severely bad the past couple days so I decided to see if I was available for an upgrade.

They checked my account and told me I was, so I decided to get a new phone and change my plan to add more texting to it. That was a huge mistake, it was not until I got my next bill that I noticed I was never eligible for an upgrade, they took my account..ADDED a line and gave me some unlimited family talk deal, so my bill went from $45.00 a month to over $119.00. So i went back to get this fixed and they said since it had passed 14 days I would have to call an ACTUAL T-MOBILE store to get it fixed...its funny how they considered them a real tmobile store when I purchased the phone but now they are only an "authorized" dealer now that I have a problem.
