I bought this Exersaucer recently, July 8, 2006. I put it all together with no problem. I put the batteries in the appropriate slots. However, the Toy Bar does not work. I put brand new batteries in it, and still does not work. I do not want to have to take the entire exersaucer back to the Babies R Us, as I already made a second trip because the first one I bought was damaged, and the store is very far from where I live. Can I ship this one part back to you and get a replacement part at no cost to me?
