I am a real estate agent working with a couple who applied for a rental house in the area listed by Exit 1. The credit report was required for the couple which was run by Exit 1. The couple was denied the rental. I requested a copy of the report for the couple and the broker(Connie Stommel). It is my understanding the law requires her to provide a copy of the report to the couple. Ms Stommel says No.
