I found this cool sectional on Exotica Unique.<br />
- I called their sales dept. to get more info, a woman answered the phone with a kids playground in the background. <br />
-She sent me some swatches to choose the color of the sectional. It took 3 weeks to get them.<br />
-I placed my order, she did not send a confirmation email.<br />
-I asked for a confirmation email and when I received it, I noticed that she had our address wrong where the sectional was going to be shipped.<br />
-I asked her to send me a confirmation email that my address had been changed, I did not receive it.<br />
-I called their customer service dept. twice to request the confirmation email, the same woman (still with kids yelling in the playground) said that she would send one... and she finally did.<br />
-Close to the delivery time, I received an email letting me know that the sectional was going to arrive at my home in NEW YORK... I live in California... I inquired and I was told that they sent me the wrong email<br />
- I received another shipping notification email with my name on it this time (yeah!), oh but the wrong address was on the waybill, it had never been changed.<br />
-I called the shipping company, they took my phone number down, it was too late to change the delivery address, it was going to be delivered to the wrong address.<br />
-On delivery day, the delivery people contacted me, they could not find me. <br />
-After it was delivered, I opened the boxes, only to find the WRONG COLOR SECTIONAL!!!<br />
-I called customer service dept. again, the same woman (still in the kids playground) told me that she would fix the problem. She did never did. She has not picked up the phone or replied to any of my emails since (and let me tell you that there has been NUMEROUS attempts). <br />
-Because it took too long after I had paid for the sectional to be delivered, I could not dispute it with my credit card company and had ot come to terms with the fact that I woulc be stuck with the wrong color sectional... $3000 wrong color sectional.<br />

Summary:<br />
-Exotica Unique= Absolute internet shopping nightmare.
