I ordered a $750 exhaust from them. I never received an invoice and finally got someone to respond to my email with an order number. When I got the order number, their site said that my order was being processed for two weeks. Finally after 2 weeks someone emailed me and told me the exhaust was on back-order, and asked me if I wanted something else. I responded and said no, I want my money refunded. I faxed my return form back to them and 2 weeks later they still have not credited my account. Nobody will answer the phone and nobody will respond to my emails.
I should have known better.
