I ordered 1 bottle of lipofuze, but was sent 3 and over-charged. I talked to a representative and was informed that I would receive a refund within 48 hours of sending the product back. I did as instructed. It has been 2 weeks and I have not received anything back. I called the phone number, disconnected. I emailed customer support where it says " Guaranteed response in 24 hours!" But have heard nothing back. It has been 2 weeks. I WILL be contacting the better business bureau if I do not get my refund NOW. I have record of the package being sent from the post office with a tracking number, as well as bank charges from the company.
