I have been misinformed and not had professional representation since I hired Expert realty to sell my house on 03-25-06. During the first two months of our agreement, I have been assigned six different listing agents. Because of this, it has been nearly impossible to get a return phone call from my agent. Because usually I don't have one. They were fired or quit.

It took six weeks of calling and calling on my part to finally get for sale signs for my property. My voice messages were going to people who no longer worked there.

I have had people knock on my door, interested in my house, tell me they could not get any return calls from expert realty. When I call the office of Expert realty and request to speak to someone in authority such as VP, listing broker, or pres., I get complete refusal from them to cooperate. They won't even put me over to voice mail!

I am signed up with their 2.5% commission plan. I was not informed by the salesman that my property would not be listed on the MLS. Upon realizing this, I spoke with my listing agent at that time, about the possibility of me advertising my house on the MLS, at my own expense. He said that would be fine as long as Expert realty received there entire 2.5% commission and handeled the sale of my house. I paid to have my house listed on the MLS through another party at my expense. Upon finding out about this, expert realty answered with a threat to the company that listed it and an aggitating and interrigating phone call to me. Expert realy forced the termination of the MLS that I paid for.

I was supposed to receive professional home brochures within days of singing up on Mar.25. I didn't receive them until April29. My house is listed on expert realty's own web site, and the sunsentennial classifieds. Both local advertising. My house was supposed to be listed on 'realestate.com' on the day I signed up with expert realty. It has not been listed yet. The signs used by expert realty are geared more to advertising expert realty then they are for selling my home. I have had people knock on my door wanting me to get them the 2.5% interest rate that is advertised on the forsale signs.

The first two months of a homes listing are the most critical. I feel Expert realty has dropped the ball on my listing. I have requested that they give me an unconditional release from my contract with them. I will relist with MLS and sell my house myself. I cannot get any cooperation from them on this matter. Now, when I call, they seem hostile and annoyed.
