Purchased Sport Trac on 8/9/08 wanting a bed cover seen on the Truck next to it on the lot. Salesman said no problem. During closing and after, it was stated that the bed cover I wanted was included in the deal. Before driving away I was informed that they had to order the bed cover and then they would install it. When all was said and done, wrong bed cover was installed and now after several complaints, phone calls, unreturned phone calls nothing is being solved.
