We have shifted our household things from Gurgaon to Ernakulam through Express and Movers company on 23/04/2009. They have collected our things from two different places.From the first place 4 items and the second place 48 items. When the time of delivery we received only 48 items on 08/05/2009. Missing items are from the first place. These items are 1 big bag (police uniform color), 1 Christmas tree (packed in a white long carton box), 1 small black color bag, and 1 cardboard box. Many times we inquired about these items. In the beginning they agreed to search and return. But now they are not responding to our call. We lost many personal belongings including all our cloths and valuable documents. Their cell Nos. are Mr. Vinod #09311408484 and Mr. Ramesh Kumar #09311345000 (Who is the one who collected our things from both places). In the beginning they have agreed to search and return our things, but later they started disconnecting our calls.
