Fraud and scam
There was an offer in the internet about a plant that would make you lose weight and it was offering a free bottle of those pills with just paying the shipping and handling for about 4. 95 or something like that, so I call my wife to ask her for the debit card number and everything else so I did order the free sample. After few days I received the package with those pills that I haven.t even used, when I did realize they started debiting my wife.s account with 0.06, then 0.06 again, after a while 1.95, then 2.00, after that 2.61, and today we did check our account looking that expressberry has debited 87.15 USD. So I call them and the Lady who answer the phone doesn.t even speaks english well, apologizing all the time and never found us in the system, at last what she ask me was send me the bank statement via fax with the cardholder full name, e-mail address, phone number, and last 4 digits of the debit card forwarded to Mr. Ray Johnson. And then I should wait between 24 and 48 hours to be contacted by them, without giving me any solution to my problem or any explanation why they keep debiting my wife's account.
I started thinking that this company is making me a fraud.

Scam and fraud
I ordered a sample bottle of the acai berry pills. I paid the shipping and got the product within the allotted amount of days. I tried the product and it really didn't work. Then a few days later I saw a charge on my account for $87.13. I called the number listed and they said I was supposed to cancel. There was nothing on the original order that stated that at all. Although they did cancel it for me via telephone, they still have not refunded my money back which they said they would do. I really would like to hit them where it hurts but I really don't know how!!!

Fraudulent Charge
I ordered a free trail of Acai Berry from Express Berry. It was explained that the only charge to start out with would be the shipping of $0.99. You then have 12 days to try the product out, if you don't cancel by the end of the 12 days your account is charged a monthly fee of $87.00. I ordered it on the 30th and by the 2nd before I had even received the product I had a charge of $50.00 on my account. I called customer service and she could not explaine what happened. She continued to ask me if I had ordered additonal products, which I haden't. She says she is going to refund my account and send my concerns to the complaint department, I am waiting to see. My advice to anyone thinking of trying these products, DON'T DO IT. They are a bunch of scamers.

fraud
We tried the free trial offer, and was charged 2.00 and 1.95.. a letter came with the product that said we needed to cancel within 15days.. I cancelled on the 13th day. I was told everything was stopped.
2 wks later a charge for $87.13 was on my bank statement.. a month later another charge for $87.13.
I called the company and they had no record of my calling in cancel. they would not refund my money.. they stated they would only cancel my account...
i had to cancel my ATM debit card and be reissued a new account #to make sure they couldn't get any more money.. I am now out $174 due to this scam...

Charged after cancelation
I tried a product recommended by Rachel Ray and Oprah called Acai Berry. They gave a free 2 week trial. No results so I canceled. A month later I had a credit card charge for $87.13. They charged me originally $37.77 plus 0.32 for international fee? So I was charged around $110.00 for a months supply of pills that didn't work. That is a very expensive 2 week trial. That is not counting the charge for the free trial of Life Cleanse(Purity 12) that was supposed to come with a month free trial. $34.95 plus international charges. What a scam. Please don't get caught up in this scam. I hope the BBB does something about this. Thanks, Taken.

bank charges
I am having the same problems as, it seems, so many others! I received the "free" sample and threw it away as the seal was broken. Since the alleged terms were for only one sample, I left it go. Now I have been charged twice and have returned bottles without opening the packages.
Please, how do I get them to stop?

Scam
I went to a site that stated the product was recommended by Dr. Oz and Rachel Ray called Acai Berry. It was listed as a FREE trial bottle available only pay for the shipping. I was charged for the shipping on the FREE trial bottle of Acai. The product came and I tried it but no results so I thought that was it. Then a $87.13 charged showed up on my card a month later. I only found out because the credit card company notified me that suspicious activity was going on my account that I should call "Express Berry" at a 1-800 number. I was put on hold then talked to a customer service representative who asked me if I wanted a confirmation for cancelling my account. I told her I wanted the charge off my card. I didn't receive any further shipments of this product. She finally said that she would send my complaint to the refund department and they will get back to me. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Do not fall for this scam. I have also lost my respect for Dr. Oz and Rachel Ray.
