I went to a site hawking a free sample of Resveratrol but I would only pay 99 cents shipping. The product came and I thought that'd be it. I saw a 99 cent charge on my card. All well and good. Then a 87.13 charge showed up on my card a month later. I only found out because the credit card company notified me that suspicious activity was going on on my account ant that I should call "Express Berry" at a 1-800 number. I was put on hold then talked to a customer serv. rep who kept asking me if I wanted my confermation for cancelling my account. I told her I wasn't aware that I had an account that would automatically keep sending me product automatically at 87 bucks a pop. Further, I told her to take the charge off my card. She argued with me I demanded to talk to someone in charge. After much wrangling I finally talked to someone else who said they would send my complant to the refunds dept. The company is supposedly in Florida but I think I was talking to people in India. We'll see if I get reimbursed. Bottom line. Don't do business with these guys!
