I paid $950 for a 38 passenger bus to to Sesame Place on Sat, July 17, 2010. The bus was to have working bathroom, a/c, a full tank of gas to get us there and DVD player/tvs. The bus was to leave from/return to my home 9am-9pm. The bus came 40min late. The driver said the bathroom does not work. I asked why the bus wasn't checked before, she responded "I don't know" We were now very late, the driver told us that there is no other bus available. I put in a DVD of Avatar for the passengers as the driver said she'd make a bathroom stop on the NJ turnpike. We turned the corner when the air conditioner shut off. The bus driver said, "The air conditioner isn't working".I told her shut off the engine and then back on; the a/c came on only in the front two rows and the DVD player didn't turn on.The passengers began cooling down their kids by rubbing water on them. We got to the rest stop in NJ where we got off to take our kids to the bathroom, the driver shut off the bus and locked the door with a few passengers inside and left. When we left the bathroom, we looked for the busto find that the driver was now getting gas! We waited 30min for the driver.The few passengers left said the driver cursed at them because they asked her to turn on the engine and open the door. She got on the bus, and says "is there a problem"; I said we need her to be more gracious under the circumstances. She said, "thats not my problem" and began cursing at me. Then says she's going to drive us back to NY.I called the owner and said we need dto get to Sesame Place today and want a new driver and bus. He said he would send a new driver; this didn't happeen! On the way back, she was cursing loudly, we asked her not, she said"Go F--- yourselves", she sped the whole way back, and even went the wrong way.We got to my house 11:00pm, she got out, threw our items on ground and said "Hurry the F--- up and go".I asked for my DVD she laughed and drove away.
