Fraudulent Order
The same story as everybody else...these people sent us items we did not want, and now continue to try to bill us for them. Returning the items is impossible. We have decided that we are now sending THEM invoices billing them for our time useage in disputing the charge. Let's see how they like the shoe on the other foot. I would love to see every affected business do the same thing and completely bombard them with invoices.

Fraudulant practices
Express Transaction Services calls companies and convinces their receptionists into believing that they are selling products on behalf of their debit/credit machine suppliers. Our receptionist believed they were calling from our debit/credit machine supplier and agreed to accept an order of paper. They wanted to send two entire cases and she said that one would be sufficient. The invoice arrived before the supplies and we paid it thinking that they were reliable as is our debit/credit machine suppliers that we have been dealing with for years. The rolls of paper were incomplete and dirty. We called and the lady who answered said that they do not accept returns or refunds. We decided to take it as a loss. We assumed this was over. Two months later they call again saying that because of the "discount" provided on the last order, that we are obligated to accept this order. I guess the discount was that they only sent one case rather than two, which cost approximately $150. Our receptionist, at this point, had figured out that they are fraudulent by looking at complaint boards, etc. She said We do not want any supplies from your company. They argue with you, they are rude, and they are very unprofessional when talking to you on the phone. She told her we are not obligated to buy anything from your company, we never signed any kind of contract, please don't send anything because it will be returned. Our receptionist followed up with a written fax to ETS telling them very professionally to not send any products to our company and to please stop calling. Finally, we heard from them again a few months later with the same speech about how we are obligated to accept their order. This time, the receptionist had the Manager speak with the lady. His calmness, professionalism and audacity really made the lady mad and she hung up on him. The next day she had her "Manager" call our office and try to pull the same scam. He even said: Well, if you accept this order and pay this invoice, then we won't bother you again. When our Manager told him this was extortion and harassment, he got very mad and he yelled at him and hung up.
Do not trust anyone from this company. They are experts at scamming and bullying people. They have somehow managed to do this all over Canada and some of the United States as well.

fraudlant pratice
Express transaction services contacted an employee of my business to sell debit tape and made it sound like they were the company that we purchased from .she accepted and when the product came we realized it was a terrible product, highly over priced and not what we wanted . we did manage to make contact with some one at ets and the product was returned. To avoid future problems i told the company to remove us from there call out list and to never contact us again.Once again a call came and ironically (or something else), i was out of the country, like last time, and an employee accepted the goods. I made 15 calls to the company upon returning home and seeing the product, as they insist you need a authorization number to get full refund, to no avail. Many times i have waited on hold for 8-9 minutes!I eventually sent the product back and it did not get picked up at there address.I have also faxed the company letting them know the whole story and were the product is. So far i have received one notice saying i owe them with interest approx 320.0 dollars! This is a ridiculous amount for the product in the first place and i, m yhe one who has made all the effort to reply.Judson

Fraud
A sales rep from Express Transaction Services (ETS) called our company and misrepresented itself as the business we normally deal with for ordering debit terminal supplies.
Our employee who answered the phone was quite clear that we did not require any more paper rolls as our stock was recently replenished. The ETS sales rep then wanted to confirm which model of debit terminal we owned, our staff member gave the model number but DID NOT request any product.
Approximately one week later, a package arrived from ETS containing what i estimate to be $20.00 worth of paper rolls. With an invoice for $150.00 and then a few days later an additional invoice of $200. This is obviously a malicious scam, it's hard to justify how $20.00 of paper could possibly be worth $350.00.
When the package arrived I immediately called ETS to return the order. This is the most interesting part: even though their invoice states that there is a return policy, my experience tells me that ETS has no intention of allowing any return to go through. I called their 1-800 number and
I was put in touch with a character called Nadeen, I told Nadeen that there must be a mistake and I would like to return their product, Nadeen answered that she did not like my tone and attitude, and because I had been 'rude' to her she would not allow me to make the return. For the record, at this point I was not at all rude, nor did i display a bad attitude or tone, I simply wanted to make a return! It seemed as though Nadeen was fabricating a situation that could justify her not allowing the return to be processed. I demanded to speak to another representative or her manager but again, she told me that she would not allow me to speak to anybody else because she wanted to protect her co-workers from my 'bad attidude'. I hung up the phone and redialed in hopes of getting another representative, but only Nadeen answers the phone, EVERY TIME!
I then told nadeen that I would return their package even if i had to pay the shipping myself but nadeen assured me that the package would be rejected... Why? because she did not like my bad attitude. She did however remind me though that I had $350.00 outstanding and that if i did not make payment soon, then she would make a claim against my credit.
What can i do? I googled Express Transaction Services and the only thing that pops up are dozens of cases of people being scammed.

Fraudulent order
Express Transaction services send you boxes of magnetic/Optical Card readers and currency counterfeit detection pens, despite you never ordering it. When the invoice arrives they attempt to bully you and refuse to accept returns. The only women who answers the phone is Nadine and she quickly tries to turn the conversation around that you are attacking her and that she is going to have to involve her legal department. Best bet is to offer to donate the products to charity and call it even. I'm going to attempt that.

Fraudulent sales
This company sends office supply products that were not ordered and then demands payment and will not accept returns. When approached they yell and bully and ultimately hang up on the consumer.
