I also call about the products I was charged for products that i never received not even the samples. I am still trying to get my moeny back after a month of cals and emails. What a rip off this company is and the people behind are just as bad.

This owners of this company have a secure place in hell. My complaints are the same as everyone else's. Ordered the free trial then got charged $87+ before my trial period was even over. When you call, you're on hold for 5-20 mins. When you talk to a customers svc. rep all they can tell you is that they will "expedite your refund request to the refund department". It took me one month, 5 phone calls, a call to my bank, and a cumulative 50 mins on hold with expressberry to finally see a refund. But I got an address and email out of it. I ordered a "free" bottle, only pay for the shipping. They then charged me 87.13 and sent me another bottle and charged me for that. What a scam, yes they used Oprah, Dr. Oz and Rachael Ray for endorsements. I have sent back the bottle and am now working with my credit card company to have the charges eliminated. Beware of this scamming company.

I authorized Expressberry to charge $3.95 on my credit card. They did and then 14 days later the charged an additional 87.13 on my credit card. I did not authorize this 2nd charge.

Hello Ladies...well I too have been "scammed" by this particular advertisement as well as 2 others!!! Beware of these "pay only shipping charges." I was hit twice by Expressberry. The others were "Topbody Cleanse" for $40.00 and "Cardbiller" for $88.73 which I might add also emptied my account. After calling the customer assistance on the back of my card the represenative there told me she has handled numerous complaints for the same "businesses." Needless to say, I put my account on a freeze and am now awaiting a new card to be sent to me. I would highly recommend to anyone who has been scammed by these ruthless ass wipes, CALL YOUR CARD ISSUER AND STOP ALL FURTHER CHARGES by requesting a new card. Good Luck to all of you.
