Tried Acai Berry Cleanse for a trial period. Called to cancel only to find out three days after my initial order Topbody Cleanse had already charged my card to $39.95. Canceled through automated system, so no confirmation, of course! Will dispute through credit card company.

This co. continues to charge my account $85.18 that I did not authorize. Cannot get in touch with them to cancel. Will have to probably close my account to be rid of them, therefore, losing $85 as I just retired and on a limited income. Lesson learned!!!

Just received my credit card statement and noticed three charges for expressberry totalling $87.13 I do not wish to pay this. What do I do?

Unauthorized charges appeared on my credit card from ExpressBerry. One was for 2.00 and 1.95. These were accompanied by charges for one other products we did not order. Our credit card company noticed these charges and immediately put a hold or whatever you call it on our card. We went to use it at a Home Depot and it was rejected. I called the credit card company and they started listing charges I didn't recognize. We cancelled our credit card. We actually got a product for it in the mail, which I didn't realize was the product associated with the charge until I got the statement from our credit card company of the charges. I notified ExpressBerry that I hadn't order the product. They accepted this and the fact I wasn't going to pay for the product. I was willing to ship the product back but not at my expense and they said to just keep it.
