I am repeating the complaint message that I sent in before. I have not heard from your company. If Expressbery has taken any money out of my account - Put it back in. The following is the message that I sent in before.
I, Jacqueline Foster, DID NOT authorize any purchase to Exprssberry. THIS TRANSACTION WAS UNAUTHORZED. I want the $87.13 that was taken from my account returned as soon as possible. I consider this a form of FRAUD. I expect you to call me as soon as possible at 205-798-0004. Also I want you to e-mail me at - [email protected] - as soon as possible. I want to speak to someone regarding this matter of replacing the money that was taken out of my account.
Also I would like for this company to send me a phone number so that I can speak to someone about this situation. I will do whatever is neccessary to get this resolved. I will do what I nedd to do legally.
