I am just an ordinary person who travels the expressways to and from work on a daily basis...I must say that I am sick and tired of no one being responsible for the trucks on the roads that are continually having debris falling off and hitting cars...I recently got my car back from being repaired from the hurricane damage and to no surprise I was on the expressway this morning when a rock or something came off a truck and hit my hood, leaving a nice white dent on a black car...you know, my windshield has lots of little nicks in it and now that my car looked brand new again, I'm noticing every little thing on their...What I am proposing is that the state put together some kind of a fund, funded by the truck drivers, to make small repairs on vehicles being hit by their debris...or the laws need to be changed and every truck must be covered with a large metal piece being that the material one does nothing...someone other than the vehicle owners needs to be held responsible for other people's personal property...HELP!!!
