I had changed from family dentistry, to eat right dentures in St Louis, Mo, since i felt
that i was being over charged for services rendered by Sullivan family dentistry. Eat right dentures was half the price. I went in on may 19 to get my ex rays and i was told by the receptionist that it was against the law to give the original ex rays, however i was given copies which i have learned that the insurance companies will not except copies. I feel that i had paid for these ex rays and should have been given the original ex rays not copies. I need to know my rights on this matter. I would appreicate a response to my complaint in this matter.
