The operators of this site are thieves and fraudsters.

I ordered a small amount of their product. They emailed saying they were going to charge my card for almost twice what I had agreed to. I replied and told them to cancel my order. They never replied to that. I kept checking my credit card for a week to ensure they didn't charge me and it seemed that they didn't.

However, they waited 10 days (until after I was checking it) and charged me anyway. They never sent me any of the product. Four months later, they charged my card again, for even more money, completely without my knowledge.

This site is operated by serious criminals. They have an F rating on the BBB. Avoid at all costs!

Exstink perpetrated fraud and theft against me multiple times:

1. They charged me more than I agreed to when I ordered a product
2. I canceled my order and they charged me anyway, and never sent the product
3. They waited 10 days after our interaction to charge me, so I wouldn't notice it on my credit card statement
4. Three months later they charged me again, for an even larger amount, for no reason and without notifying me
5. Never responded to emails trying to resolve the matter. nor answered or returned phone calls

They have a well-earned F on the BBB. The complaints on there are all for the same thing: this type of credit card theft, and they have never resolved any of them. Fraud is a continuous business practice for them. Never give this company your credit card number; they will use it for fraud multiple times. They are criminals.

Exstink.com is also odorremover.com. Avoid both sites at all costs. On one site they say the product is mined in the US, on another they say it's imported from Australia. They also claim their business is in california, but charges come from Prescott, AZ. I'm not sure where they really are because they don't give their address out. But both web sites use the same phone number.

Never use exstink or anything from odorremover.com. Never give them your info. Do not support crime!
