I ordered a free trial not realizing I would be roped into buying the product in the future. The whole idea of a trial is that you get a chance to try a product to see if you like it before you buy it. I recieved a package in the mail a short time later -with no company name, no receipt-just a package with the bottle of acai berry in it- and knew I hadn't ordered. I just received my credit card statement a few days ago with a $119.00 charge on it! Today, I received another package! When I call, I never get through-just a message about high call volume. So, they make it almost impossible for people to cancel. I was even thinking I might order a bottle after trying the sample, but I will not deal with a company that is scammy no matter how good the product is. Manipulating customers is a great way to loose business! After having read these complaints, I will deal only with my credit card company as I can see that I would be wasting time dealing directly with this company.
