Fraudulent charge
Sent for free sample of product, paid for shipping.
My credit card has been charged for an order Which I did not
place. The charge was $85.31 . This is certainly fraud!!!
Now I must cancel my credit card.

cancellation
I am unable to contact Extreme Acai Berry to cancel my orders at 877 350-8480. I have call at least 40 times and have never been able to speak to a representative.

Stole my money on credit card
Charged my card for $89.31 that I never gave permission for. I do not want the product. They do not answer the phone for a cancellation and continue to charge my card.

CHARGING WHEN I NEVER ODERED
This is a terrible company. BE CAREFUL! They offer a free sample, you pay the shipping for little bottle. I had not even tried the product when I see that I had been charged $89.31 without my authorization!!! and of course the phone number that they give is never answered. This is a scam.

cannot cancel my order
I ordered the 14 day trial for $3.95 and it said you could cancel within the 14 days so I tried and the line is either busy or you have to hold and nobody ever answers. If I don't cancel they will charge my credit card $89.31 every 31 days. I don't know what to do to get this cancelled. I do not want to pay the $89.31. PLEASE HELP ME

unauthorized credit card charge
I ordered a trial sample from this company only. I recently received in the mail a 60 day supply of pills and a charge on my credit card for $89.31 which was not authorized by me. I have tried calling this company on numerous occasions and they can not be reached. I would advise anyone not to order any products from this company. I think it is a scam to get money.

credit card ripoff
Extreme Acai Berry offers a "free Trial" for only $3.95 shipping. The web page has all these glowing testimonials fro Oprah to ABC news. What the page doesn't tell you is that they are going to charge your credit card $89.31 A month until you figure out why you are getting this bill on your credit card and go thru all these steps to cancel it. BUYER BEWARE.

I ORDERED FREE SAMLE AND PAID 3.50 TO COVER SHIPPING. NOTHING WAS EVER MENTIONED ABOUT AUTOSHIP OR HAVING TO ORDER ANYMORE PRODUCTS. I AM NOW GETTING CHARGED FOR PRODUCT I DID NOT ORDER.dd8ca

deceptive advertising
After ordering a free sample they automatically enroll you in monthly shipments for $89.31. You don't see that information on the screen when you order the free sample. Very Dubious practice of displaying this info and they do not accept returns so you're automatically stuck with the bill.
