Extreme Acai Berry Reviews

SPAM & unable to cancel order
Dear Sir or Madam,

I have recently requested a trial bottle of Extreme Acai berry. I have received this and though nothing of it. About 7 days ago, I received a second bottle that I did not order. I am unable to find the original website that I ordered the trial bottle from to check if I had to cancel within a specific time period to prevent a second bottle from being sent and paying the full price. This is not my concern. I will simply cancel my debit card to stop all future payments.

Since placing my order I have started to receive unsolicited e mails from American companies claiming that I can earn thousands of dollars a day. I have not contacted these companies. What they are sending is S.P.A.M.

This is recognised as a computer crime world wide. The only way that they could have obtained my e mail address is through the company selling my e mail or the server/webmaster passing it on without the original company knowing.

Most of the companies that send these e mails have an option to ‘unsubscribe‘. This is done by way of a link supplied in the e mail.

Yesterday I received yet another e mail and tried to ‘unsubscribe’ using the link given. This was where my problem started. This took me straight to a very explicit porn site. Each and every time I tried to exit the site it took me to another. I tried for 2 hours to exit all the site without success. I tried turning the computer off at the power source yet when the computer started up it returned automatically to the sites. I have had to enter my computer via DOS to reboot the system and will have to give my computer to an engineer to try and clear the memory.

I will be passing this letter on with all the details that I obtained from the sites to our computer crime desk at the Police station where I work. I will be asking for a complete investigation into what has happened which I have no doubt will lead to enquiries with the company.

Regards

Steve Randall

Billed for product not received
This company promotes a product for the shipping and handling only. You try to click on the terms link and it does not open. The other links to the website open but not that one. I notice a bill for 29.95 on my credit card, and I call the number that is on my statement, they refund my money. Next statement a bill for 89.31 I call to get a refund only to get someone I can't understand on the phone, reads a paragraph to you, then tells you sorry no refund, and hangs up. I call again and same thing. Being persistant I call again and speak with someone different who says to contact them in 2-3 days to see if I have been refunded gives me a reference number after asking for it, and then he hangs up on you, I've read the comments on the complaints website and I'm anticipating being put off somemore. For the 89.31 I have not received the product they billed for, nor have I received any letters or correspondence stating how much longer I should wait.

Unauthorized charges
I too fell for the trial offer, but with no paper work included in the package, was unable to cancel future shipments. The phone number listed was no help, as the recording was 'I'm sorry the office is closed' or no answer at all. I have resorted to 'Return to Sender' with 'Cancel' written on the unopened envelopes.

unauthorize use of my debit
My name is Mike Morrell from Guthrie Center Iowa. I have orderd a free trial of the Extreme AcaiBerry tabs. Then twice I have receievd a 60 tabs that I did not understand why until I checked my bank statement today for this month and realized that $29.95 was deducted out of my account. The first bottle I received was 60 tabs but thought wow, that is alot for a free trial. About a week later, I receievd a 14 tabs bottle and could n't figure out if this was an error or what. Then I received nother 60 tabs last week and thought they better not be charging me for this because I have not authorize them to do so. Then today I did realized that they are charging me for this that I did not recall signing up for unless there was a scam that I didn't realize. Will stop at bank to notif them not to deduct money from my account from now on.

Unauthorized charges
Deceptive web site in that if you are not careful and don't call them you will get and be charged $89.31 for a months supply. I finally got to talk to a supervisor who told me to send it back for a refund and then to call them will the USPS tracking number. I did that but did not get my refund.

Automatic enrollment
I ordered a free trial and paid for shipping and handling on December 12/7/2008. I had 14 days to call and cancel if I did not want to receive automatic shipments of the product, Acibiberry, in the future. On December 16, I called and canceled as directed. On December 23, the company, under the name of Fastment, charged my bank account $$89.31. When I telephoned them, they refused to refund my money. I told them I was returning their product and contacting my bank to dispute the payment made to them. They refused to give me the name or address of the company, they would only give me the address of the warehouse in Florida, as shown above.

I have since seen several complaints on the computer from people who have been ripped off also.

Return andRefund gauranttee Meds
This company has a no refund policy that is very crooked because they show a gauranttee that would refund but say they only would refund half and they are not authorized to sell drugs by the gov. they will tel you that this item is meds and that is their reason given to me over the phone why it cannot be refunded, they continue to make charges to my charge card even when they told me they canceled my account they gave me a confirmation number when they canceled my account it was 22900035 on 01/05/09 by a rep named Zack at phone number 1-877-350-8480 at this time and date they told me that they can only refund me @89.31 to my account for and order that they shipped to me on 12/24/08 and I would lose @89.31 for the first shipped order that was shipped to me on 12/03/08, I am so confused because I have a funny feeling that they are still shipping orders to me and still billing my credit card account for some thing that I dont want and not ordering please help us all that are and have been scammmmed thank you kindly

Unathoruzied Charges After cancellation
I have ordered the FREE trial of the Extreme Acai Berry. Along with the product there was a printed noted indicating this:
"I understand that unless I cancel by calling 1-877-350-8480 within this 14-day period, beginning on the 14rth day my credit card will automatically be charged eighty nine dollars and thirty one cents (Free Shipping) for a 31 day supply of Acai Berry to be shipped at that time to my door."

Here what happened: I received the bottle that says TRIAL on it. I received the product and that very day I received it, I call 1-877-30-8480 and the woman with had my information, and she gave me a cancellation confirmation number, this transaction took place before a day before Thanksgiving, Nov. 26, 2008.

I notice on my bank statement I saw that I was charged $89.31 on December 25, 2008 and January 2, 2008.
I was charged twice on the day of January 2, 2008 for $89.31. I immediately tried calling the customer service to investigate as to what was going on. I could not get anyone to help me, I was put on hold and then they hung up the phone. I called again and the telephone recording says, "We Are Unable To Received Calls from Your Area". I tried calling and searched for an email to contact them and I could not.

I went to my bank and filed a fraud and theft, my accounts are now closed.
I have made a police report and will contact my lawyers to clear up this matter. Extreme Acai Berry is bad business people and they are hurting people out there. They have no code of ethics in operating their business.

People have the right to refuse products and services. People have the right not to give authorizations of their financial affairs. Yet, Extreme Acai Berry is violating these rights and stealing lots of monies from a lot of people.

This is THEFT!!!

I sure did not give any authorizations to anyone to siphon money out my personal financial account.

Unauthorized billing
Presented as an individual who had discovered this wonderful vitamin and wanted to share her good fortune with others with a link to the FREE sample. Being inexperienced with the internet I fell for it!

I didn't receive my free trial until after the company had already charged my credit card $89.31 (I was unaware that I was now on a monthly program)I called immediately to cancel. That was only the beginning.

A few days later another charge from fit factory $29.95 appeared, before I noticed this charge, A month had gone by so as a result I had two of these charges. They would gladly refund one of them.

Before I received my next statement I thought I should get online and look for other unauthorized charges. Guess What! Pricelimbo.com had just recently charged my account $8.51 long after I had canceled my original offer.

I have yet to receive my $89.31 refund it has been two months of my relentless bulldogging. Today when I called requesting their mailing address in order to file a complaint, they said my refund had somehow not been approved but He would immediately approve it & processed within 24 Hrs. WE'LL SEE!!!

Fraud
I agreed to receive a free trial of Acai 500, little did I know that they were going to take that information and then charge me anywhere from $75 - $90 almost every week for a monthly supply of pills that I did not agree to receive or to be charged for...let alone know the price, the actual name of the company, the website address or the 800#. They provide you with little information so they collect as much money from you up front as possible before you can track them down. They will then try to dispute your claims and say that you agreed to the "membership." Be sure to save, PDF or print the screen from the pages you ordered the trial from. Otherwise, they will try to show you a different page that actually has a disclaimer on it telling you that you need to cancel within 7 days or they'll charge you $80 for each shipment. Of course, you never saw this page when you were ordering. I saved this pages that do not have this disclaimer info. on it and hope it is enough to dispute their lies and fraud.
