I ordered a trial of Extreme Acai Berry, and canceled within one week. I was then charged $29.95 on my credit card. I called the number on their website, but only got a fast busy signal. After finding this site, I found many complaints like mine. One post had a phone number. I called it and eventually got the 'customer service' rep to agree to refund the charge, but only after telling him I would be disputing it with my bank. The gentleman I spoke to told me had I opened up the 'Terms & Conditions', I would have seen that, even though I canceled the auto-ship, I had also enrolled in 'Tech Support' at $29.95 per month. I went back to the original website and there is no link to open the "Terms & Conditions". I have copied and pasted their terms and conditions, in its entirety, below.

I understand that by ordering Extreme Acaiberry, I am agreeing to receive Extreme Acaiberry for a free 14-day trial period (days of availability for actual usage could be less depending on shipping time) beginning on date of order. $3.95 (non-refundable) for S&P. I understand that unless I cancel by calling 1-877-350-8480 within this 14-day period, beginning on the 14th day my credit card will automatically be charged $92.58 (Free Shipping) for a 31 day supply of Extreme Acaiberry to be shipped at that time to my door.

Thereafter, until and unless I cancel, my credit card will automatically be charged an additional $92.58 every 31 days for a new supply of Extreme Acaiberry.

I understand that I may cancel any future shipments Monday through Friday by calling 1-877-350-8480. Our hours of operation are from 8am to 5pm MST. We do not accept returns on any products that have been shipped.

DO NOT order the trial of this product. CHECK the credit card statement of the card used. You will find all sorts charges from other companies just for signing up for this trial. Let alone the junk mail you will now receive. I had a total of 144.72 of charges from internet companies to more fitness companies from this one 3.95 trial. Then when you call the 888-771-7030 number given from the 2enhancemybody charge on your card...they WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. THE USPS tracking # given gives them grounds to keep the charge and offer NO REFUND. MY advice USPS should not do buisness with them. I wish someone could please look into this. These companies should NOT be allowed to scam people like this.

Ok Ok I called these people and asked for a refund. I was told no because the product had already shipped. I just recieve the free trial about a week ago. I told them that I was not going to pay for these charges, and that this company obviously isnt doing thing the right way! The guy I spoke with on the phone told me that I could not speak to a supervisor cause they were in an urgent meeting. I do not have this kinda money to get scammed by these vultures! If anyone out there finds a way to get a refund PLEASE PLEASE let me know!

I ordered acai berry in early Nov and have been trying to cancel my membership ever since. I talked to a rep who said I had to return the order with a conformation number. I did that but I still haven't recieved a refund, and now they sent me a e-mail saying another order is on it's way. I don't know what to do. No one answers the phone at the three diffrent numbers I have for them. Is there anyone who can help me get this canceled? This is costing me money I don't have.
