This is a scam!! I ordered the trial, and I never even took the pills after all the bad reviews I then saw. I tried calling them back but it seemed the number they had on the bottle or on the site did not work. I found this to be very suspicious. After calling every other day for the next month, I eventually forgot all about it. Until I got charged for about $89.00. The number they had still did not work, and so I went to the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint against this company! After the negotiations, they finally manage to refund me the money back. I advice anyone who is having problems with this scam of a company to go to this site:

I just called 1-877-350-8480 and explained to the gentlemen that I was charged for something I didn't receive. I told him I only ordered the trial size and they would only charge me the shipping & handling. 3.95. Luckily he told me they will reverse the charge in a few days I will see the credit. If I don't see it. I will call the credit card co and explain to them what's going on. To close my account.

I can not get in touch with this company, their phone number is different on every item I have and I get a person that says it's not during hours or I am on hold for hours at a time. If I could find out who is doing this and I could hurt them without getting in trouble with the law I would do it. These people need to be taken down for the fraud they are pulling on a lot of people by using the Oprah name to sell this bogus product. Please help to get these people off the internet and put in them in jail with the rapists and killers of which they are no different.

This is a totally fraudulent scheme -- why haven't they been shut down by now?? You order a "free sample" for $3.95 shipping cost. Then they start sending you more tablets (with different names) and bill your credit card in three different ways each month, using different company aliases. For example, you get billed by "PriceLimbo" for about $8-10 a month. You get billed by "Fit Factory" for about $30 per month. And then you get billed a whopping $90+ for the tablets themselves, which is billed to your credit card under various names, i.e. BetterNutritionOnline, Myeztrim, IP-4OnlineHealthyFit, etc. When you call your credit card company (mine is Bank of America) they claim they can't dispute any past charges, even though they are very aware of this scam. When you call the phone numbers for the companies on your bill, you get deliberately bad phone connections and people who speak lousy English, so it takes great determination to communicate your dissatisfaction and to get them to stop scamming you.

File complaints with the Better Business Bureau, your state Attorney General, the Florida Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission, the Federal Drug Administration, and the U.S. Attorney General, Department of Justice. Fight back!!

I ordered via a mail flyer advertisement and don't remember reading anything regarding the fifteen day cut off that stated future orders would be filled unless customer contacted company to cancell. Lo and behold I received an email from Total Cleanse stating a shipment had been sent to me. Total cleanse was another item I ordered at the same from a similar mail advertisement. That is wen I looked at my bank statements again a I thought there was something strange about my last one. There it was deduction for both Total Cleanse and AcaiBerry. The deductions totaled $312.84 for the two products and I had never received anything from them other then the trial order. I contacted my bank and they have given temporary credit back to my account while they investigate, which will take 90 days. I also found that these companies change their names so they can confuse the system and continue to deduct charges from people. I cancelled my card and ordered a new one so these people, these scam artists, can no longer get money from my account. They use company names like "FitFactory", and "mybody Physique" to confuse people and throw them off the track. SO BUYER BEWARE takes on more meaning, dont' trust any COMPANY in this line of business.
I can only recommend people who are being scammed like me should call the numbers on the web site or containers of the product and tell them to cancell your orders as you did not sign any contract to continue receiving thier product after the trial period. I threatened to call my attorney and they immediatly gave me a cancellation number. I am not assured it is authentic but, I have that number and it is a fraudulent act to give me one and not honor it so I am covered in that respect. Just write down the time and day you contqcted these people and the cancellaton number and breathe easier. Hope this helps others.
