2. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE THERE TO HELP YOU OUT WITH THE MOST ABILITY THAT THEY CAN. DO NOT BE RUDE NOR GET MAD TO THEM. THEY ARE VERY WELL KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE COMPANY'S T & C AND THEY ARE PROTECTED WITH THAT. THE MORE YOU GET RUDE THE MORE YOU GIVE THEM REASON NOT TO HELP YOU OUT.

3. ACCEPT IT THAT IT IS YOUR MISTAKE THAT YOU FAILED TO READ T & C THAT'S WHY YOU ARE NOT AWARE OF WHAT IS HAPPENING AND YOU CALL IN WITH PROBLEMS THAT YOU YOURSELF MADE.

Advertisment for this product states you can receive a free bottle, just pay $3.95 for shipping.Then after a 14 day trial period, if you do not call & cancel you will be charged $81.99 on the credit card you used to pay for shipping. What they don't tell you is the trial period starts the moment you place the order. I received the product 20 days after i placed the order. So when I called to cancel, it was already too late I had been charged . It was a scam

Signed up for samples of AcaiBerry and ColonMed700 at a cost of $ 3.95 and $ 4.99. It was several days before these samples were received. Then a full shipment was shipped of each product at a cost of over $89.00 each. When their companies were contacted, their story was the 14 day trial started at the time of order and was not cancelled in time to prevent product shipment. They refused to accept a return of the unopened product . Along with the two $89 dollar charges to my credit card I was also charged $29.95 for something ????? and $8.51 for a membership to Pricelimbo.com which is associated with these same companies. The last figure of %8.51 will supposedly be credited to my card, but I am out approximately $210 for unwanted product. THIS IS A RIPOFF AND YAHOO SHOULD BAN THEM FROM THE COMPANY ADVERTISING ONLINE.
Checked BBB and they are rated "F" at all their locations-mainly in Florida and Utah. In 36 months there have been 964 complaints and only 130 of these received a refund as requested.
If anyone knows of a way to blackball this company publically, please do so and help a lot of future victims out.

These people offer you a 14 day trial, but when you go to cancel your trial, you either cannot get through, the line hangs up automatically, or you are left on hold for so long that you hang up in frustration.

This product is not FDA certified which is nowhere on their product blurb. My GP here in Australia told me to flush them down the toilet as they could impact on my heart & lung medications. I have tried several times to contact the phone number provided in leaflet that came with the trial sample. Now there is a recording saying the number is not available and to please check that number is correct.

The 14days will soon be up as it starts from when they post it took 6 days to reach me. There is no way I will let my bank pay anything further to this company. I am not sure how to get in touch with your BBB, but should there be others having the same problems I don't mind being contacted if more details are required.
