Ad stated "try it free for 1 month". I clicked the link and after reading some reviews decided to order it. The only initial catch is that you must pay $3.95 for shipping. Additional shipments will be sent for $89.31 for a 31 day supply unless you cancel within 14 days of your original trial order date. I understood all of this and ordered the product. Approximately 7 days later, I received a trial sample for a 7 day supply (15 tablets). I called and told them that the trial was supposed to be for a 1 month supply. They offered to send me an additional 7 day supply at no charge and then said after that my card would be billed for subsequent shipments. I canceled my account with them and received a confirmation number. The reason I canceled was because they did not ship the amount of product in their free trial that was stated in their advertisement.

If you have trouble reaching them at the number listed on the bottle, keep trying. When you are connected, you will hear a message indicating that they have extended their customer service hours and it sounds as if the call will disconnect after they recommend that you call at a later time. I remained on the line and within a few short minutes, I reached a service representative.

There was no invoice with any order, no phone number or return address. When i checked my credit card account almost £70 has been taken out in 3 seperate transactions, i have no idea how to trace the company who supplied the tabletes, they have come from america and are extreme acai berry, i'm annoyed, livid, does anyone have any suggestions on how i can trace the company and cancel the order, as i genuinely thought i was sighning up for a free trial only.

It is stated in the Terms and Conditions, that if you will be going to sign up for a Fourteen Day Trial of Extreme Acaiberry (14 days trial), you agreed to the Terms and Conditions that says, if you were not be able to call the Customer Service to cancel your account within you fourteen day trial, beginning on the date of your ORDER! You will be charged for $89.31 and you will have an Automatic Shipment of Extreme Acaiberry Regular Bottle for your monthly supply. So, meaning, YOUR FOURTEEN DAY TRIAL PERIOD WILL START ON THE DATE WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER! Even if you have not received the product yet, YOU SHOULD HAVE TO CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE so, you won't be having problem like this. Oh my gosh! It's easy to understand the terms and conditions, my fellow Americans! My best advice to you, before you sign up for something in the website is, READ FIRST THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU SIGN UP!!! AND MAKE SURE THAT YOU REALLY UNDERSTAND IT! If you still didn't understand it, JUST ASK YOU DOG AND I'M SURE THEY WILL HELP YOU TO UNDERSTAND IT!

I ordered a 7 day free trial of the Extreme ACAIberry off of myspace. The fine print says you have to cancel in 7 days or they will bill you $89.31 and send you a monthly supply and bill you each month. My trial supply showed up this last Wednesday, a full two days after the 30 day supply arrived and the charge of $89.31 was already posted to my credit card. I attempted to contac them. The only contact number they have is the 1-877-859-1105. At first, it kept coming up busy. When I finally did get through, I wound up on hold for over an hour. I am currently still on hold. These guys are running a scam. This "Risk Free" trial is bogus. I am contacting my credit card company and disputing the charges and I will probably also contact the police in Davie Florida. I encourage everyone else to do the same.

I signed up for the 'free trial' of Extreme Acaiberry and like most of the other consumers, I had a very difficult time reaching the customer service line to cancel future shipments. However, I refused to hang up, and after 22 minutes of holding on the line I was able to speak to a customer service rep and cancel my order. They provided me with a cancellation confirmation number.

So, my advice is to be patient and don't hang up. I hope this helps someone!
