I have never receied the product, i can not get thru to them by phone, i need to cancel my subsequent orders.

This company advertises celebs, Oprah CNN, etc. They offer a free trail just pay $3.95 shipping and handling. After 4 weeks the product arrived, 15 tablets and they charged my card $89.95 once I finally caught them on the phone they said the only way I could get a full refund was to send the product back and give them the tracking number. I had to get a supervisor to do that, they initially wanted to just refund half. I said what about the free trail? They responded those were the rules. Now I have to wait 7 to 14 business days to get the money put back on my account. Totally false representation and very unprofessional.

I will never again fall for the "free" sample product scam. I wonder if Oprah even knows her picture is associated with this scam. I received a sample of Extreme AcaiBerry capsules, which was supposed to be FREE. Now I have an $89.31 charge on my Visa account from Search Vitamins. For what? I ordered nothing and certainly did not authorize this charge. I am disputing the charge, will be calling my bank and the Better Business Bureau about these fraudulent practices, and am ON HOLD on their line (number from bottle--877-350-8480). AAARGH.

On their website they only show you the free trial that costs 3.95 for shipping/handling. It didn't arrive for 10 days so I called to check on my order. I was on hold for 30 minutes before a guy told me my order had been "delayed". He extended my free trial and told me a new bottle would arrive in 3-5 business days. 7 days later it finally arrives with a tiny slip of paper...and in fine print it tells you that my credit card will be charged $89.31 automatically on the 14th day after shipping. I immediately called to cancel and was on hold for another 30 minutes before finally being allowed to cancel my order. After about 10 minutes of being on hold the music in the background went away (to make it seem like the call had been cut off somehow). I'm sure most people give up after that and don't end up cancelling. Unbelievable!!

once you give a debit card for shipping costs (mine was $3.95) within 10 days they withdrew $89.31 from my checking account.

trial size was 15 pills and came from the florida address as listed
notified my bank about the 89.00 charge befored calling
representative 'ken' gave a cancellation no but will have bank charge back their account immediately...

this is a scam...beware for all those who are trying to lose weight.
these people are using our debit cards for shipping charges, then auto taking the charge off our checking accounts.
