I ordered a trial of the extreme acai berry 500 and paid the shipping cost of $3.95. I received extreme acaiberry capsules and not the 500 as advertised. I took them anyway as they were made with all natural ingredients thinking that they were the same pills. The trial had Psyllium husk, ginger root, sienna leaf, rhubarb root, green tea leaf, and cascara sagrada bark. I loved the difference in how I felt.
I later received my first full bottle and was not the same tablets that was sent to me in my trial. I noticed that I was already charged $89.31 before they sent this out to me.
This bottle was pink melt-away tablets and did not have the ingredients as the trial. It had added flavorings and tasted like candy.
I tried to call many times about this and the representatives were not very helpful. They did say that they could send me out a free bottle of the tablets that I requested and refund my money. I meanwhile canceled my subscription with them. I later received the "free" bottle and it was the same as the first full bottle (not again what I ordered).
I have since called many times and cannot speak to a supervisor as I am told that there is no one available and they cannot give me any information or a refund. It sounds like I am calling India. This seems like misrepresentation and fraud as they "hook you and then scam you". I need to know how to receive my $89.31 back.
