I ORDERED AND PAYED FOR SUPPLEMENTS WORTH 219.65USD. I WAS TOLD THAT MY SUPPLEMENT SHALL REACH ME BEFORE THE 06/06/2011. TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. WHAT IS HAPPENING.

I ordered weight loss and health package products back in February 2007. Unfortunately, only about 6 months ago I have complained following a health hazard and only now I am posting this online for all interested.

All supplements I have received from 'Extreme Supplements' supposedly originated from Onojoshi, Fukuoka, Japan. One fact I would like to bring to attention is they do not have validity dates on them.

I used a weight loss package and hardly saw any positive result whatsoever. It is dubious whether it is safe. One would expect that products which supposedly effect an acceleration of metabolism and such would have some adequate precautionary information along with it.

Since supplements usually last at least as long as a year, around a year later, my wife and I tried a health package powder mix and we both immediately became ill, regurgitated, etc...

I wrote 'Extreme Supplements' Customer Service (Angelica Muvelena) inquiring about the validity dates of the products we had purchased. I confess I should have asked earlier, but anyway, I received no answer whatsoever to my question. In fact, several times I have written complaints with no answer. Lately, I have received very insulting and derogatory comments.

Based just on the fact that they did not share information on the validity time of their products, I would not trust any of their products. They are evidently unwilling to reimburse me at all even though we (my wife and I) suffered a health hazard - this agency, according to its representative, appears to have no regret for.
