I asked for the free trial and agreed to a small amount being deducted from my credit card to cover p&p. Before I had even received the trial offer, my credit card was charged with a further £61.89. I rang the company on the number given on my credit card bill and was assured that I would receive a refund shortly. This was 2 months ago and nothing has been received. I was given a confirmation number 1722521 but when I try ringing the phone numbers, a recorded message says that I am not registered to use the numbers!
I have 2 contact numbers apart from the one on their website:

If anyone has had any success in receiving a refund, I would be very pleased to hear from you. I've never been scammed like this before!

UNAUTHORIZED BILLING

I have been attempting to call this number (1-877-350-8480) for the past several days to cancel the shipping of the product. All I get when i call the number is a recorded message telling me that someone will be with me soon. However, I have not been able to speak with a customer service representative. With the first call, I listened to music for 20 minutes before hanging up the phone. The next call lasted about the same length of time before I hung up the phone. Third call last last about the same length of time. It is very frustrating not being able to speak with someone so the order can be cancelled. Last resort is to close the account so no further charges can be made to my credit card.
