I decided to try the ExtremeBriteWhite trial sample for 14 days.
I canceled before the deadline after 2 days of searching for the correct cancellation instructions and telephone number.
I was told that I had to send the unused portion back to ExtremeBriteWhite or I would be charged $19.99. I told them that I had opened the product and couldn't send it back. i thought that it was unfair to charge me $19.99, but I was trapped in their scheme and and had no choice but to pay it.
When I saw my bank statement, they had actually charged me $74.99 for the trial sample that I did not send back. They actually stole my money and that is a criminal offense.
I had talked to these folks on the phone to make sure that things were clear at the time of the cancellation. They lied on the phone by telling me that it would cost me $19.99.
When I called back, they told me that the charge was actually $74.99 for the trial portion that I did not send back. This is the biggest "legal" ripoff that I have seen online. I think that the BBB should shut these folks down and refund people's money back
