The owner of the business, Jan, is the worst example of a human being I have ever come across. I contacted this company for their services, and was given the run-around. I just figured the company was very busy. After the 3rd call I finally got Jan on the line.

Keep in mind I was a potential paying customer, and this ... person... laid into me like nobodys business. When I tried to explain that I have called a few times she actually called me a "peice of..." and then she called me an animal of the avairy variety (I have to admit, I still don't understand what she meant by that)

I don't believe this is a legit business. It must be a "front" for something illegal. A real business would not treat potential customers in this way.
