I ordered a pair of glasses - frames & lenses, on 6 January 2011. The store manager, Mark, is the person that handled my order. The initial experience was poor due to the fact that throughout my transaction, he continually got up to answer the phone or to tell one of the other employees something before coming back to me and my order. This happened 3-4 times and he never excused himself or appologized. When the transaction was complete, he / Eyemaster's required full payment for the glasses even though they had to be orderded. I was told that it would take 2 weeks or less for the glasses to come in. The scheduled delivery date was 19 January 2011. I called on the 18th to make sure the glasses would be in on the 19th. I was told the system showed that they had been shipped. I called at 1 p.m. on the 19th to see if the glasses were in. I was told that the system just showed the glasses were on order, not shipped contrary to what I had been told the day before. They could not tell when they glasses would be in or even when they would be shipped. They acted like they could care less. I will NEVER do business with them again.
