Refund
Received what I thought was a "free trial sample" for filling out a survey. Called to cancel membership within allowed days, but found out $78.41 had been charged to my credit card. Person I talked to on the phone was very snippy and said "We DON'T give out free samples"!

After reporting to the Better Business Bureau, my State Attorney General's Office, and filing a dispute on my credit card, the $78.41 was refunded on my credit card. I had offered to return the unopened sample, but have not heard that they want it back.

being billed but not receiving free sample as requested
I went online and ask for a free sample. And didn't realize that they charged my credit card 78.41 until I went on vacation and couldn't use my prepaid credit card. I had not received the free sample and they went ahead and charged me. Was told that they could not give me my money back. I am reporting them to the BBB.

hoax free tril offer
This company is nothing but a hoax! Please stay away from their "free trial offer" it will cost you at least $78.41, without an ounce of anything you can do about it. I signed up for their "free trial" online because of a survey I took and tried to cancel it within the 8 day window twice, unsuccessfully. They claim to have a phone number that can be used 24 hours a day/7 days a week, which is completely bogus. Their on-line "easy cancel" button is just as much of a lie. They had the wrong zip code on-line, so it said it couldn't find my account. When I finally got through to cancel during the trial offer window, it was on the last day. The very next day I was charged the $78, which was after getting a confirmation email stating that my account was free and clear and I would be charged nothing. I called to talk to someone from their company about this and spoke to a very rude customer service person who said that it was all within the terms of their blah blah blah hoax company and that I couldn't talk to any manager or boss. STAY AWAY FROM EYEPOTHESIS!!

charging for cancelled order
I ordered the trial offer for $2.87 on 12/9/09 and called to cancel the order the next day. Used the automatic cancellation and then realized when I received the cancellation E-Mail that they charging me $19.41. Called right away and was told "no Refund" since by cancelling automatic I agreed to this charge. They absolutly refuse to refund this $19.41. I call this stealing from a customer, who changed her mind. Maybe we dissatisfied customers should file a Lawsuit and get them out of business. E.Stevens. texas

credit card charged
Company charged my credit card $78.41 even after a request to cancel the order had been verbalized. Upon attempting to deal with the situation a representative from the company (whom I think is the only person in the office) was very rude and threatened to hang up on me.

this company is a scam
This company should be put out of business due to its scaming innocent peole that they deal with. I cancelled a product and they still billed me causing a over- draft fee to my bank and they refused to pay for over-draft fee. I will report to the better business breau.

unauthorized order
I never ordered this product. Chase bank fraud department called and said there were questionable expenses on my credit card - Eyepothesis and Ezteeth (who happen to both be in Boulder). I received a shipment from eyepothesis who somehow had all my information on file. They said I would have to pay to ship the goods back to them (the items I never ordered). I had to get my credit card reissued, the bank is going to refund the charges.

Refund denied
I ordered an eye cream product, but had changed my mind. When I received the package a week ago, I marked it as "Return to Sender" without opening the package. When I checked my bank account today to see if my account had been credited. Since it wasn't I called to see if they would fix it. I was told that I was not eligible for a refund since I didn't follow the return policy located inside the package with the return label. I did not open the package because I knew I would have to pay postage at the post office. I always understood if services/goods were not received (in this case, it was refused) I should get a refund. I don't see why I should pay $78.41 for a vial of eye cream I've never even seen or touched. It was returned within the 10 days.
