scam
I ordered a trial order for 2.97. I didn't like the product it made my eyes puffier and swell. I want to return it and get a refund but they don't want it back unused. How are you suppose to know if you like it if you can't use it. Now they want to charge me 19.97 to cancel or 80.00 to return the product unused. These people prey on people like me I'm sorry to say, but it doesn't mean they should get away with SCAMMING. I want justice.

ripped off
Beware of false tems advertising. I submitted an order to try this product for free...there were no terms on ad page, so my oversight I filled out the order form and then it quickly went to the terms page...which read you can return and not be charged before 8 days is up. I can't tell that this product even works and I am allergic to it. I called what I thought was 7 days (after receiving the product) and cancelled the order. Then the charges showed up on my card. This eye cream was cheap and I don't beleive it has the ingredients they are advertising. I was charged $78.00 for something that was similat to ponds.
I called and they said I was not entitled to a refund because I called back more than 8 days. I was then told it was 8 days from ordering, not from recieving like it should be in order to really try the product. This is a mass rip-off idea. I was put on hold to talk to a supervisor and finally hung up. I was unable to negotiate the terms.
Anyone out there want to do a class action lawsuit? The page you first come onto has no terms, and has credible businesses listed like Allure, New York Times and makes it look like they are endorsing eyepothesis...but if you read what is in print it just has references of empty statements that don't directly support this product. I plan on contacting every one of them...and I think others should too.

FRAUD
I ordered a "trial" of this product and before I could even try the product I was charged $78 There was no invoice in box, just a poorly packaged jar. I called customer serv (big joke) and basically they are charging you for travel time and give no rational reason for this poorly timed trial. They were of no help, so basically they are preying on those who have physical and financial limitations. This company is totally a scam

charged for return product
I tried the eyepods and disposed of remaining packages and emailed to cancelled my account. I was allergic to this product and returned the full jar. I returned the product eyepothesis and have a delivery conformation. I phoned this morning and spoke to Marenna and explained I was charged for this product. She said since I did not return the eyepods I was unable to receive a refund. I explained that I was allergic to their product and she said to bad. You would have needed to return the whole package. I asked to speak to a manager and she stated that there was no manager. Not only am I out 78.41, I have been charged overdraft fees to my account.

Free trail is not free or a trial.
I ordered a free trial of their product. There was a shipping charge of $2.87. The product came. The next week. There was not any correspondence with it and I didn't receive an email. Then I recieved my credit card bill. There was an additional charge for $78.41 ten days after the original charge. I had just received the original shipment when this charge was put through. Of course I didn't get my charge bill until the next month. I never received any more product just the first trial shipment. Now they charged me for $78.41 for that original shipment. When I called I was told that I was too late to cancel the charge. I was told that the terms were stated on the internet when I first ordered the product. I didn’t receive anything to confirm the terms. The time frame of this whole transaction is much too short. It is set up just to scam the consumer. This company does not have a legitimate product and is not conducting business to gain a customer base
I can not get any money back. What a scam.

credit card charge
just search the word eyepothesis, read the complaints and know that I agree with all of them. Never fall prey to a flashing ad on the internet...it leads to no good in most cases.
