Absolutely horrible customer service. Want to do everything thru email with no ability to easily reach a single person by phone. States they are a wholesale rate optical company and they were 250 dollars more for a set of designer glasses with the exact same product. When confronted their emails were crass and uncaring.
Examples directly from their emails
1) Did you call us and leave a message? If so I
apologize as we never got a voice mail to call you. Did you ask to call you
in any of your emails... Oh yea not until the very last email did you...
Now you say that your lab can do it in 7 days... Previously you said 1.5
weeks... And just because you threaten us with bogus facts we are suppose
to some how process your order faster... It is what it is... 2-3 weeks
(Dah, we do have to mail it to you and you do have to mail something to
us... Hello!)
I think you just need to get off the "I need it now" and stop crying about
it.
Grow up, don't expect the impossible and get the chip off... You will find
that you have better results.
2)'Nuf with excuses... You are left this to the last minute... I
understand I do it too... The only difference is that I blame myself when I
do that.
3)For someone who doesn't now much about the optical business you sure like to
think you do. I feel sorry for your dog... I guess now I know why your dog
keeps eating your glasses... You must deserve it.
