We purchased an Udderly EZ Milker system along with 12 extra bottles from Buck Wheeler at EZ Animal Products LLC in Ellendale MN about 4 months ago. When we got the product and read the instructions we tried it and had no results. My mother who is 87 called them to get help and see if she was doing something wrong. They gave her some instructions and she tried it again. I also tried it with no results. We tried it several times on 6 different goats with no luck. I called and talked to him and he gave me some things to try. Still no results. I called him back and he told me to send back the main pump head and he would replace it. I did so and after three weeks I called and they still had not sent it. Two weeks later we got the head and tried it with no good results. Mom called them and she told her to send the system back and the extra bottles and she could not refund the entire amount but would refund some of what was paid. She washed the parts she had used and I mailed them back for her. Three weeks later I called and she told me to call her tomorrow when she was home. I called the next day and he said she was not there but she would call mom in the afternoon. There was no call so I called tonight and was told they were busy to call tomorrow. I will do so but they always seem to have an excuse. This milker was to be used by an 87 year old woman who has arthertise (sp) and it is hard for her to milk. We had hoped it would help her.
