the only "SERVICE" performed is that they cleaned out my wallet
[my gut twisted when i walked up to their offices to complain, and found out their OFFICE @ 130 Church St. SUITE#162 was just a PO BOX]

They came and made estimate, took measurements and pictures and talked a good game. They agreed to install my IKEA kitchen cabinets and counters and re-tile bathroom of my tiny NYC apt for $4, 287.
Too good to be true? Yep WAAAY to good

THEY TOOK MY $1, 429 deposit and never returned to do any actual work.
I called repeatedly, no answers no returned calls.

there we no actual renovation services performed, they still haven't shown up 2 weeks later as of this complaint

EZ FURNITURE = EZ SCAM
I guess I shouldn’t have trusted their numerous great reviews.. who knows if they are real?
And their angies list awards, and their EZ press releases and free websites all over the internet.
maybe they just don't have licenses or insurance
[even though they claim they do]
IKEA FANS BEWARE
lots of creative text messages with excuses and stories
"we already faxed and spoke to your building mgmt, they are reviewing our paperworks"
FALSE CLAIMS!
my building mgmt has never received a single document nor spoken LIVE to these guys ever.

Dept OF Consumer Affairs has zero records of them EVER having a license Christopher Purnell or EZ furniture etc etc
they ASSURED ME they were licensed and insured
their ads/website says they are licensed and insured

they NEVER produced a lic number or insurance..
EZ EXCUSES EZ BS
