Did not order
I didn't have an order or request any service from EZ Grant, yet my card has been charged. When I called and asked about it, they couldn't find an account with my name or email attached to it, and yet they refuse to return the money they basically stole. Time to find a lawyer I think. And apparently I'm not the only one.

Unathuorized Charges
This web site charged me 78.75 on my card without authorization. I gave them okay for 1.98 not this 78.75 for a cd rom. Shut my bank card down and found thru research who did this charge.Leaving it disputed with banking institution til it shows back in my bank.

Unauthorised Charges To My Debit Card
I accepted an offer from EZ Grant for a free DVD. I was told I only needed to pay $1.98. To my biggest surprise I was not only charged the $1.98 but an additional $78.85 to my debit card! I called EZ Grant and the customer service representative became dismissive when I questioned the $78 charge, ...he claimed that the charge is part of the agreement I signed for when I requested the free DVD! Iam filing a rebuttal with my bank..and I want my money back!!

Unauthorized Charges to Account
I signed up to recieve a free DVD about this company for shipping and handling fee of $ 1.97. Recieved the DVD and saw it was not really something helpful for me. Unfortunately about 3 weeks later a charge appeared on my checking account for just under $ 60.00. Upon seeing this I immediately called EZ Grant and was told by a woman ( who barely spoke English) that the money would be put back into my account within 7-10 business days, I was also given a number to call if the money was not put in within that time frame. Needless to day the time went by and no sign of the money. I called the number I was given and spoke to another woman (who also barely spoke English) that there was nothing I could do to get my money back because I had not written this company within the allotted time frame to request a refund. I was not given this information on the original phone call. I wrote a letter requesting a refund and recieved a return letter yesterday stating I would not recieve a refund due to the expiration of the time period. The only thing I can say is that this company is the most dishonest or possibly has very poorly trained customer service I have ever seen. I am unemployed and the loss of $ 60.00 has been a huge blow. I hope that something is done to stop companies like this from taking anyone elses money.

Unauthorized charges
I received an email referencing Government Grant Programs from EZ Grant Pro. It was my understanding that a one time charge for shipping of $3.95 would be all I would pay and that was it.
I have never received any book, pamphlet, newsletter, or an “I Beat You Fool" paper or nothing! This was in late August, 2008 or early September.
I usually never check my bank account on line…but for some odd reason I did on Sunday, January 18, 2009. To my amazement, this EZ Grant Pro company has been consistently extracting money from my account since September 08 in the sum of $89.31 and a slight increase of 15 to 20 cents regularly through December 2008, now totally approximately $359.00. I immediately called my bank and complained and explained the problem.
I had to inconveniently close my account due to these “rip-off" thugs. My bank asked me to contact EZ Pro and I called a number that the bank had on them. That surprised me too! After sitting through about 7 or 8 minutes of music, someone named Eric answered at EZ Pro.
Although I was furious…I calmly stated my purpose and told him that what they had done was never authorized by me and I needed my money replaced into my account.
I am not pleased at all to have someone under the heading of Government Grants, rip me off like this. I NEED MY MONEY BACK!...I needed money is why I was in search of a grant.

Unauthorized billing
I ordered the EZ Grant to see about getting a grant from the government to help pay our bills since I lost my job. Since then they have made 2 deductions out of my bank account that totaled $169.80, with no notice at all. I have been trying to connect with them but so far have failed. Since money is so important to me right now, this really hurts.

Unauthorized billing
They told me they were only going to charge me $3.95 for shipping and handling and they have charged me $39.95. I have never received anything from them. I do not know how to get a hold of them and cancel this and its been putting my checking account in the hole they hid month I need help and would like my money back.
