This company makes unauthorized charges against my credit card on a monthly basis of $78.75 and when I call to cancel the service there is no answer just a busy signal and then a disconnection. There is no website to unsubscribe. It is my debit card, so it's hard for me to dispute the charges.

According to what I've seen on the internet many "customers" of this company have the same problem. How do I get them to cease and disist?

I would like you to stopped the payment icalled about a month ago to cancelled it but they are stilled taking money out my account. I will kindly appreciate it stopped and reinbursed my money. Rosemary Levine

I approved a $3.95 charge to my credit card for the CD. Have never received CD and never approved any other charges by them on my credit card. I have been billed $78.76 last month and this month for services I am not receiving. I am now going to be short on my electric bill because of these charges and because I have not been able to work due to illness. I also don't understand why it took so long for these charges to hit the account because I requested the CD during the summer and because I never received it, I forgot about it. From what I am reading, these people are scam artists! I want my money back!!! I have three teens to support...on my own. I just lost my husband at the beginning of the year from a heart attack! I would never have okayed these kind of charges per month with the responsibilities of my children and all the bills looming over MY head! I am not stupid and I want a REFUND! REFUND! REFUND!

When I was contacted through the internet by EZ Grant pro they only required a fee of $1.95 charge to my card. This contact was in July of 2009 the next month I noticed a charge of 78.75 and some disc came to me which I did not order and now again I received a statement for another 78.75 charged to me again. On the bill EZ Grant gives a number of 801-222-5269 and I am unable to contact them through this. All I want is my account to be credited and these charges to be stopped. I would truly like a real phone number or email address to solve this problem,

I did not sign up for a service, I authorized payment for shipping and handling for a disc. I recieved a credit card charge on my bill for $78.75. I recieved the disc the day after the credit card charge. This site is misleading, IT IS CLEARLY FRAUD> I called to have this corrected, they were rude would not refund my money even though I had clearly not accessed there site or used there services. They also refused to cancel my account. I had to cancel my credit card and get issued a new one to prevent further charges. THIS SITE NEEDS TO BE AVOIDED MIS LEADING FRAUD AND they are not interested in correcting the issue . I want my money back!!!
