Somehow during on online payday loan application, I did not see a box I should have unchecked. This company said I signed up for payday loan protection. I e-mailed them many times stateing I did not want their service and to refund my money. They used a number check to take $30 from my account, not an ACH withdraw. Calling and getting to talk with anyone is horrible. I finally talk with their corporate office and they said the only way I can get a refund is by them depositing the many back into my account. Well I close the account due to this activity. I offered to accept a check by mail and offered another account they could put my money in. They said they do not have any others means of refunding my money. So now I am out $30. I do not know how many people they have done this too, but must be how they stay in business. Or folks that do not notice their account was charged. How do I get them to pay me? How can I report them for not being able too? Thanks for any suggestion. I bothers me that companies get away with things like this.
