Charges
I too received this $14.95 montly charge after making a purchase on ProFlowers. After finally getting through to EZ Saver Rewards, they explained that I must have clicked a link offering me %15 off my next purchase coupon. Once on that page, I filled out my e-mail, last name, and zip code. My mistake was that I did not read the terms and conditions, which I guess tells you that you are signing up for a monthly service with a free 30 day trial. It also states you can cancel before that 30 days without penalty or further charges. What I tried to explain to the service rep is that I did call, I did cancel, and I received a confirmation e-mail. What I later discovered was that when signing up for that service, you actually sign up with 2 different companies..And I was unaware of that. So, my advise..PLEASE, PLEASE read all terms and conditions before clicking "submit"..You never know what your signing up for. Needless today, EZ Saver Rewards did not fight refunding me my two months worth of charges. I was actually very suprised at how helpful they were with all the confusion.

Scam
Somehow by purchasing flowers from ProFlowers for Mother's Day, I was enrolled in something called EZ Saver Rewards. I found out via a mysterious charge on my bank statement. I called the phone number listed with the charge and it asked me to enter personal information to access my account. I chose to try entering my phone number. I t kept routing me back to the original phone menu. The website on the phone recording does not exist. Instead it brought me to various sites dedicated to explaining what a scam this program is. So far there has only been one charge to my account and it is small, but I am watching for more and have begun to attempt to contact ProFlowers for an explanation.
