THEY LIE!
TOOK ADVANTAGE OF "30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE"...DIDNT LIKE IT, RETURNED PRODUCT FOR REFUND:
WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET OUR REFUND SINCE MARCH, WE JUST KEEP GETTING THE RUN AROUND...I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ERIC CRAWFORD WHO CLAIMS TO BE AN EZ SMOKER REP WHO WORKS IN CORPORATE OFFICE IN HALLANDALE FL. I HAVE COPIES OF ALL CORRESPONDANCE INCLUDING PROMISE THAT A REFUND WOULD BE COMING.IT IS AN ENDLESS CIRCLE, I CALL, THEY SAY THE REFUND IS COMING IN A FEW WEEKS, IT DOESNT COME, I CALL AGAIN, THEY GIVE ME AN EXCUSE AND TELL ME TO WAIT A FEW WEEKS, ETC.

returned product via usps priority mail with delivery confirmation #420914069104969002809044088120 delivered to you on 3/3/11
spoke to mich at customer service on 3/10/11 who confirmed receipt of my return and told me the refund of $69.95 was issued on 3/8/11 to my visa card ending in7429...and i should see it in 7-10 business days
3/23/11 spoke to travis at customer service who told me the refund should be in my bank by the end of this day and i should call back tomorrow if not and they will reissue the refund
3/30/11 spoke with andrea from customer service and told her that i still have not received my refund...she said she will "elevate" my issue to a manager with REF#00037626-0009 and i should call back in 3-5 business days to check on the status
4/1/11 GOT EMAIL FROM ERIC CRAWFORD:Hi Frank,
I have spoke with the center that is handling the EZ Smoker program and they will be sending you a refund check. You can expect to receive this check within the next 2 - 3 weeks. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

when ordering i started getting calls
saw your ad on tv and decided to call the operator hardsold your product. they asked me for information i really did not want to give. in a day or 2 i received magazine sales people wanting me to purchase several magazines, i deeclined they told me of a sweepstake that i was enrollein and a watch deal. I then called the bank and stopped payment. your company kept on trying to get payment i really dont want your product even if the main cigarette piece is free. your prices on refills are way to high I roll my own cigarettes for half the price and i can stop mostly anytime please dont sell my info to any company you are asked to sell my next step is a lawsuit i saw in my statement from the bank is pending im going to try stop payment james gelbman

DISHONEST ADVERTISING
I was promised over & over again over the phone that I could try their product for FREE and had 30 days to try this product & decide if I wanted to keep it or cancel. No matter how they put their disclaimers, this company is a scam because the agent working for this company should be held accountable for stating it was FREE. He absolutely assured me that I wouldn't be charged if I cancelled within 30 business days. I guess FREE doesn't mean FREE in todays society where we allow this type of business conduct! They took my only money I had left for medicine this month and assumed they could take my money in advance without my approval. I called prior to my product shipping out the door once I realized the money was missing from my bank account, and of course their customer service wouldn't do anything to help me! Taking advantage of the elderly & sick is the worst business conduct EVER!!! Shame on you "EZ SMOKER".

EZ SMOKER IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!
I spoke to a representative and asked many questions to ensure that I was not being scammed. Little did I know he was going to outright lie to me and tell me that I was getting a free trial for just the cost of the $9.95 s&h fee. I was informed that I would be charged after 30 days the cost of the product and filters, and agreed to the shipment of the product. I was also told that the product would arrive 7-10 business days.
Little did I know, I was to be charged $49.90 to my account before I even received the product, which turned into 7-10 business days after it was shipped 7-10 business after the order was placed. So I have been waiting a total of 16 business days for a product I was promised to me within 7-10 business days and already overcharged.
DO NOT BELIEVE THE COMMERCIAL, OR ANY SALES REPRESENTATIVE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OF NO HELP AND WILL ALSO CHANGE THEIR STORY IF IT HELPS YOU GET OFF THE PHONE. THEY WERE MORE WILLING TO GIVE ME A RETURN NUMBER THAN TO ADDRESS MY TRUE CONCERN THAT I WOULD HAVE STILL LIKED TO TRY THE PRODUCT BUT THIS CHARGE WAS A MISTAKE, CONFIRMING THE REALITY THAT THIS IS JUST A SCAM!

I have an idea.. Why don't you, first of all, give the BBB (Better Business Bureau) a call & see what they tell you? Second, if you really want to quit smoking & really want to try an electronic cigarette, instead of doing it online & risking your bank accounts, go to a Tobacco retailor in your area & buy the kit from them? You will save yourselves a HUMONGOUS headache, & you will also be helping a legitimate, small business man... Yes, it might cost you a bit more $$ to buy it this way, instead of getting it for shipping & handling of $9.95, but wouldn't you rather buy it outright in a Tobacco store, than losing BIG $$$ & having your checking accounts sabotaged?
