Iam so unfortunate to have ordered from EZ Bright/Hydro Labs on 05/21/09 a teeth whitening which I was not able to use. I called the customer service on 06/12/09 and cancelled my account but told me I was over the trial period and said I will be charge of $84.73 each month. I told them I have not even open/use the product and I will be returning it to them and request for the refund. They said it is not returnable and I can not get any refund. I will still return the item and file a dispute on my CC account. I have filed a complaint on Better Business Bureau. This company is taking advantage of people and todays economy. This should not be tolerated. Stay Away! If you have the success of getting your money back...Please Help! Thanks!
