booked ticket on ezeego1 travels. i had to get the paper ticket for the below mentioned ticket. but they did not sent the paper ticket. the air line people did not allow us to board the plain without paper ticket. and it was an embarrassing situation for us who went to airport with e-ticket. i contacted the call center on that day, and they have promised full reimbursement in 10 days. till now i did not hear from you nor i get any refund.
I have not seen such a poor customer care ever. there is no response from the customer care call center, not even through mail.
we need to wait for about one hour in queue to get our call answered. even after that it is our luck whether they will answer the call, or else they will simply disconnect the call.
i do not know what to do with this company.
