Every time somebody picks up says to wait for 48 hours or 24 hours
I had booked an air deccan ticket on which the offer is going on. But the promotional code didnt get generated at that time. And from since then, i have been calling up the customer care but all in vain. Every time somebody picks up says to wait for 48 hours or 24 hours. Its almost 5 days now. Can anybody please tell me, how many more days will it take to generate the promotional code? As, i want to book one more ticket on the same flight, Availability will be concern in the promo quota. I have never experienced such a bad service from any of the organisation. Till now, i have neither i have received any reply from your end nor received any promo code, and from past 6 days i am listening to the same answer " I am forwarding the request to the team with high priority basis and you will receive it within 24 hrs".

This website is a complete hoax
This site claims that if you buy one air deccan ticket you will get two free. I booked a ticket from Calcutta to bangalore on 16th Jan2008. I tried to redeem my two free tickets by booking a flight from bangalore to calcutta on 11th jan 2008. and it says you cannot use this coupon to redeem. If we go to the site the tickets are available but when you try to redeem your coupons they dont work. When the tickets are available i dont know why it would not allow me to book using my free coupons.I called customer care and they couldnt help me with this. This is like cheating on my face. This website is a complete hoax. With our country moving to internet arena cheating on internet is a major crime and with these sites fooling people like this, it is completely ridiculous to cheat on somebodys trust.

Please avoid using ezeego1.com, they are a big fraud
I had booked a return ticket on ezeego1.com using my icici bank platinum card during the 50% cash back offer (on 3rd October 2007). The cash back promised to me was Rs. 2399 (50% of the base fare). But, in my credit card statement, I received only Rs. 1200 cash back. I have sent ezeego1.com several mails, submitted web queries on their website but received no response. I have tried calling them hundreds of times on the number mentioned on their website but again received no response.
The same thing has also happened with many of my friends. ezeego1.com does not give the promised cash back and their customer service is the worst. Please avoid using ezeego1.com. They are a big fraud.

Their customer care center is always busy
I booked my tickets with Ezeego1.com, and they offered ticket pe ticket offer wherein you get 1 ticket free on purchase of 1 ticket. I purchased 2 tickets, and tehy sent me the promotion code for 2 tickets to redeem. But when i entered the codes, it said it is unvalid, and since then I am trying to contact them, but no use. As never get replies by sending emails, and on phone they keep me on hold saying all the executives are busy on other phone, and i had to keep on hold for half an hr, 1 hr, so much that I ended paying up more tha 800 Rs. just for calling them on customer care no.

My Holiday Booking Messed up
I booked a hotel through www.ezeego1.com on 19th May 08. Rs. 20357 was debited from my credit card on that very same day. The booking reference no: EZR-2008-366922 was issed, but no itinerary was given. I tried to contact their customer care, to my utter shock i was told that they cannot see any transaction on their system. From that day till today i would have called them not less than 50 times but still they do not have any answer to my problem. THEIR CUSTOMER SERIVCE MOTOO IS THEIR CUSTOMER SHOULD 'CUST' SE 'MAR'. I really do not know why ICICI bank is promoting this fraud site. They do not respond you if you mail, they do not have answer if you call them. THESE PEOPLE ARE FREAKING SICK...MY ADVICE TO ALL OF YOU IS TO PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS SITE..THANKS INDU SHARMA

Credit Card Misuse
Hi,
My credit card was mis-used on 10 april, I called ezeego1 customer care department, but they are not ready to tell me any details of transaction that was made through my Credit Card.
I even asked if they tell me the details, i will be able to cancel the booking if booking is still valid, but they dont care of customer money and simply denied that they cannot help.
They are happy to see customer money going in vain as they have already got their.

Non Refund
I had bought 2 tickets from ezeego on the 23rd of September 2007. As per the promotion offer i was supposed to get 1 Go Air ticket free on both of them and a gift voucher of Rs. 500/-. I received promotion for both of them, but only one of them worked for the second I was getting CODE NOT VALID, I have mailed the company n number of time but till date i have received no response. Also, Till date the company has sent no gift voucher.
I had booked a ticket from Delhi to Mumbai on 23rd Sep 2007, ( EZR-2007-131548/A), Canceled it around 12th Nov 2007, but till date no refund has been given.
Also, I had booked a return ticket from Delhi to Chennai on the 23 rd of Nov 2007 ( EZR-2007-376344/A) , I canceled the return ticket on the 24 th of Dec 2007 and till date i haven't received any refund for that ticket despite repeated emails to the company, I have also tried calling up the company but no one picks up the phone.

I am not getting my refund from Ezeego1.com for cancelled flight after repeatative follow up
Hi ,
I am Sibasis Panigrahi and paying the penalty for booking an air ticket through Ezeego1.com.
I had booked an air ticket with reference number EZR-2007-307425/A from Bhubaneswar to Bangalore on 15th November.
Unfortunately my flight got cancelled on that day.I am eligible for full refund and i applied for that on 17th November.
I got a message that i will get my money within 7 days.Even after that i have called Ezeego1 customer care 3 times and wrote a mail a to their complaint division to get my money back.
Still i have not got my money back even after 1.5 month.
I am really sick of following up with Ezeego1 customer care team to get back my money.They are really harassing me by using the word "You will get your money within 7 working days".
Hope you will take up my call and will resolve my issue and will take necessary action against Ezeego1 for such pathetic customer service.

NO response and faulty service
HI:
I booked a ticket for 26th of Jan and when the ticket details came , it was for 25th of Jan and when I checked their invoice, It clearly says 26th of Jan.
I repeated attempts to call them over phone and emails are failure.. can some one suggest what can be done?

Fraudulent business practices
Ezeego1.com hosts a website for flight tickets booking, where i was trying to book a ticket from hyderabad to delhi. the website takes you a gateway where icici or the back you choose asks for the information on your credit card.
The ezeego1.com site showed a transaction failed screen where as my credit card company has sent me an SMS stating i have competed an transaction of 3032 rs towards ezeego1.com.
After writing two mails to ezeego1.com there has been no response and their customer care phone no. systems puts you on infinite hold.
