It appears that EZinkjets.com changed to EZinkjet5.com in Nov. 2007. At least if you key in the original website you get the one with a 5 replacing the s. My order was not completed as they owe me a refund! Apparently a computer glitch on EZinkjets website caused my order to go through before I was ready, but I was told that my cart was empty, please continue shopping. The website indicated that my order was erased. I had not gotten to paying yet, or using my coupon. I then placed an order with a coupon. They processed both orders. They sent order received emails. I emailed right away that I only placed one order. No response. They sent shipping notifications. I emailed, no response. Awhile after the packages arrived I called and asked about returning the order that I didn't place. I followed their instructions. I was told that I would receive my refund (about $48.00) in a week. After a month I called again. I was told I would get it when they got to me. I called again and was told all refunds were on hold until a legal action was settled. They have my money and the inkjets. I returned the inkjets 11/02/06. Today is 12/20/07. I have emailed them dozens of times, they never respond. It is rare to to able to get through on the phone. I recommend that you never do business with EZinkjets.com. I was a longtime loyal customer, and look at how they treated me. You can find better deals on ebay if you are willing to buy 36 inkjets.
