On October 25th, I was contacted about paying $99 per month for internet search optimization services. I paid for 2 months of service. After not receiving the company packet I was promised, and seeing no improvement in company visibility on the web, I contacted the company and spoke with Kayla on 1/12/2011. She said our account was not set up yet, and the info needed to do that was in the packet we never received. She proceeded to enter our information at that time, entering the zipcodes in our area, and 5 of our selected keywords. She gave us a free month because nothing had been done at that point, but I'd already paid $198 for nothing. She said she would re-send the packet.
I called on 2/9/2011 to cancel the service, because again, there was absolutely NO exposure for Zar Electric on the web and the packet never showed up. I spoke with Christian (1-888-993-2743 ext.325) who informed us our account had never been hooked up because they tried to return a call to verify company info on 1/17 and 1/26, but got no answer. So again, with no message left on the machine, they did nothing to optimize our company on the web, but took our money. This business is a scam and I would appreciate a return of my hard earned dollars.
