Buyer beware when bidding on an item from this ebay seller. We ordered a Wii fit for $70.00 based on the companies 24 hour shipping claim. They gave us a tracking number that after two weeks of waiting turned out to be a fake! They never sent the item but took our money. They would not answer our e-mails. Over two weeks later we were forced to lodge a complaint with ebay. Then the company e-mailed us that they had sent the item. We decided to leave negative feedback based on the hassle and time consuming nature of this transaction. They then e-mailed us that they has in fact Never sent it again! They had it in their warehouse and would send it sometime soon. Based on that vague essentially "hostage" e-mail with our item we filed an ebay escalation report. After yet another frustrating half hour on the phone we discovered that this company has an F BBB rating! Thay have done this time and time again! They act with complete disregard for the customer after "stealing" money. That is what it is in the end, theft. We had to begin the process of getting our money back through ebay which will take another chunk of weeks. This has been a nightmare! This company is not only on ebay. So, buyer beware. Save yourself the time, money and frustration. We were going to have this be a gift for our 11 year old daughters birthday. The 24 hour promise they never fullfilled should have had it here with over a week to spare. Thanks to EZK liquidators my daughter may not get her gift for a few weeks more. That will be a month AFTER her birthday because this company still took our money! No customer service either.
